Well I guess it’s like the marshmallow study, some won’t wait but those who will, will fulfil a bigger dream.

When I was little, I obtained more pleasure from seeing my my bank account grow than spending it in something fancy. Once you get $100, you want to stay above that mark. I did indulge here and there but I would never empty my account.

The parents can help here as well offering treats for reaching certain thresholds for example.
