It’s all semantics at the end of the day. What he inferred was that Bitcoin is a bubble, a pyramidal scheme that will burst going down to zero ruining a lot of people. In his tweet he call it an “open ponzi scheme”. Obviously he is a contrarian an a provocateur but in follow up tweets he has defended the benefits of crypto, so make your own conclusions.
