Quite the opposite. Bitcoin is transparent and all transactions get recorded permanently on a public ledger. With enough resources everything can be tracked and it has been tracked in the past with the silk road and other criminal activities.

Currently the amount of illegal transactions done on Bitcoin are 0.1% of those done with cash. Bitcoin could truly make life difficult for organized crime.
