So if I mint only one Bitcoin then it becomes inflationary?

Obviously for a currency to exist it has to be created first. But the limit and the issuance are fixed and predictable. Bitcoin is the most deflationary currency ever. Only 21 million, then nothing. 8 trillion dollars were printed in 2021 alone. how that compare to Bitcoin?
