Wise words Ayo. My only regret is having regrets.

Most of my regrets are about not taking chances when the opportunity presents itself. After missing far too many trains now I don't let anything go by without at least trying my best.

Missed opportunities are patterns you learn to recognize over time so in a way they help to spot them in the future.
