you say money is limited, I say money is infinite. What numbers are you talking about? If real estate can and does make you a millionaire growing at 5% a year, more so for BTC that grows 50% a year on average. Bitcoin will not do another 1000x again unless there is total economic meltdown but it can easily do a 20x in the next 10 years considering the amount of liquidity is about to enter the markets through QE
